Chan-Byoung Chae is a South Korean computer scientist, electrical engineer, and academic. He is an Underwood Distinguished Professor and Yonsei Lee Youn Jae Fellow, the director of Intelligence Networking Laboratory, and former head of the School of Integrated Technology at Yonsei University, Korea.
